Appropriate for students of all levels: brand new to beginner as well as advanced. Practice classes may include yoga poses, breathing practices, use of sound, relaxation, meditation and ritual. Each student receives individual attention and appropriate application of yoga.
Lisa is available to teach classes upon request. At this time, she is currently only teaching private group classes. Her therapeutic yoga classes are taught with appropriate application designed to meet the needs and interests of the individuals and group. Her focus on viniyoga teachings provides an easy way for her students to learn and has a strong emphasis on safety. She brings forth the importance of function over form as well as breath and adaptation of movement linked by art & science of sequencing.
