Lisa’s intention is to meet each student where they are and to help move and change from that starting point.
Sincerely respecting individuality by creating a customized practice for each student, which is modified over time as the student changes. Lisa’s goal is to help each individual apply the tools of yoga in ways that are appropriate to their daily life, health concerns and personal goals. Guiding attention and awareness so that students come to a deeper understanding of their own body breath and mind.
